You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete business details during registration and to update them as necessary.

Detailed pricing is available on our dashboard. Subscriptions and message credits require advance payment. All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific service agreement.

Delivery reliability depends on third-party networks (Meta/WhatsApp) and telecom operators. While we strive for high uptime, we cannot guarantee 100% delivery success for every message and are not liable for external network failures.

• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages without user consent.
• Distributing illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Engaging in misleading promotions or phishing attempts.
• Using the service for unverified or fraudulent campaigns.

Note: Violations of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

7Digit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karaikudi.
